Role Overview

We are seeking a
Founder's Office Intern
who will work directly with the Founders and Leadership Team, handling a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities. This role offers high exposure to decision-making, client interactions, and execution across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn about how a high-growth technology company operates from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist founders in
    daily operations, planning, and coordination
    across departments.
  • Prepare and manage
    business proposals, quotations, and official communications
    .
  • Conduct research and compile data for new business opportunities, partnerships, and R&D projects.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for investors, partners, and clients.
  • Manage
    day-to-day affairs
    including scheduling, follow-ups, and project tracking.
  • Represent
    ResponseRev Technologies
    professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate ad hoc and confidential assignments as directed by the Founders.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks and maintain excellent communication flow within the leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in
    MS Office / Google Workspace
    , especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational discipline.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time independently.
  • Eagerness to learn about
    operations, technology, and business strategy
    in a fast-paced startup environment.

Stipend & Working Details
