About the Role

We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern who's ready to learn everything it takes to build a brand from scratch, strategy, marketing, growth, data, and a bit of chaos management.

This isn't a role for someone who wants "tasks."

It's for someone who wants ownership, who can think like a founder, and who's comfortable doing
anything and everything
to make things move.

If you're ambitious, resourceful, and ready to hustle, this will be the steepest learning curve of your career.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the founder on marketing, growth, and operational projects.
  • Manage data analysis, reports, and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Assist in campaign planning, performance marketing, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate across teams (content, product, operations) to make sure things get done.
  • Help with creative briefs, product research, competitor insights, and brand strategy.
  • Be the go-to person for the founder from planning to execution.
  • Take full ownership of special projects, no matter how big or small.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and marketing mindset, can think in both numbers and ideas.
  • Knowledge of data tools, Excel/Sheets, and marketing analytics (bonus if you've dabbled in performance dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments, you'll often figure things out as you go.
  • High ownership mindset, you don't wait for instructions, you find solutions.
  • Passion for startups, growth, and brand building.
  • Open to joining full-time after internship.
