Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and curious Founder's Office Intern, someone who is a generalist by nature, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role is ideal for individuals who are intellectually curious, people-oriented, detail-obsessed, and eager to understand how startups operate from the inside out.

As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founding team across multiple domains — product, operations, business strategy, partnerships, and people — learning the "magic sauce" of how startups build, scale, and sustain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Founder's Shadowing & Strategic Support:

• Act as the right hand to the founder, supporting day-to-day activities, follow-ups, and execution of key priorities.
• Represent the Founder's Office in meetings, take structured notes, and ensure accountability on action items.
• Work in areas of interest to you – product, technology, marketing, operations, finance or whatever of interest.

2. Operations & Process Management:

• Plan, Email, Follow-up document, and streamline processes, standards, and operating rhythms across teams.
• Track cross-functional projects, identify bottlenecks, and proactively propose improvements.
• Enforce discipline in communication, documentation, and project delivery - ensuring the organization runs smoothly.

3. People & Culture Understanding:

• Observe and understand how people think, work, and make decisions — internally and externally.
• Participate in candidate assessments, team discussions, and culture-building initiatives.
• Provide insights into organizational behavior, motivation, and interpersonal dynamics.

4. Execution & Ownership:

• Handle multitasking and context switching — from drafting an email or policy note to evaluating a product feature or market report.
• Conduct deep-dive research into competitors, trends, products, or regulations relevant to Securelytix.
• Take initiative on small but high-impact projects that align with the founder's vision.

5. Learning & Leadership Development:

• Learn directly from the founders' decision-making frameworks, strategic thinking, and startup playbooks.
• Understand the balance between vision, execution, and adaptability that defines successful founders.
• Develop a strong foundation in cross-functional leadership, communication, and startup discipline.

• A generalist mindset — curious about everything from technology to psychology, operations to strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to understand people, read context, and communicate effectively.

Remuneration:

• Stipend:
  As per company policy (performance-based incentives may apply).
• Duration:
  3 (extendable or convertible to full-time based on performance).
• Location:
  On-site, Bangalore
  (at Securelytix office).
