About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated 
Founder's Office Intern
 to work directly with the leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you will get hands-on exposure across HR, Marketing, Operations, and other ad-hoc projects that drive the company's growth. The role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, organized, and eager to learn how startups operate from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support 
    HR functions
     including hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to 
    Marketing initiatives
     such as campaigns, content, and social media presence.
  • Assist in 
    Operations and process management
     to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
  • Work on 
    ad-hoc strategic projects
     as per business requirements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership review.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a 
    Bachelor's/Master's degree
     (Business, Management, Marketing, HR, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong 
    written and verbal communication skills
    .
  • Creative and analytical thinking
     with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in 
    MS Office / Google Workspace
    ; familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, or LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Ability to 
    manage multiple tasks
     and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior 
    internship or leadership experience
     in HR/Marketing/Operations is a bonus.
