About the Role

We are looking for a
Founder's Office Intern
who is eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This is not a typical internship with narrowly defined tasks—rather, you will work
closely with the Founder
on high-priority projects in the
AgriTech or D2C space
.

The role is that of a
generalist
: you will be expected to jump in wherever required—be it research, operations, strategy, product, partnerships, or execution. If you're someone who learns fast, thrives in ambiguity, and wants hands-on exposure to
building and scaling a venture from ground up
, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the Founder on key initiatives and problem statements.
  • Conduct deep-dive research (market, competition, consumer trends, product feasibility).
  • Support in
    day-to-day operations, product discussions, and business decisions
    .
  • Assist in investor decks, pitch materials, or fundraising-related tasks.
  • Drive execution of ad-hoc projects across functions (marketing, sales, ops, etc.).
  • Act as an
    extended arm of the Founder
    , helping prioritize and manage critical tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior
    internship or full-time experience
    in either
    AgriTech
    or
    D2C domain
    (mandatory).
  • A
    generalist mindset
    with the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to wear multiple hats.
  • High ownership, bias for action, and entrepreneurial mindset.
