The
Founder's Office Intern
plays a central role in driving high-priority initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling the leadership team to focus on scaling the company. This is a high-exposure role where you will work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder in day-to-day operational tasks and project execution.
  • Conduct research on industries, competitors, and market trends to support strategic initiatives.
  • Work on
    lead generation, outreach, and pipeline building
    for business development.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks with agility in a fast-paced startup environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and research skills.
  • Can take up any new tool and use it.
  • Excellent communication and story telling skills.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to fail and learn quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with lead-gen platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Exposure to startups, consulting, or campus leadership roles.
  • Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data handling (Excel/Sheets functions, dashboards).
