This high-impact team works directly with the CEO and executive leadership to oversee critical business functions and accelerate company-wide performance.

As part of the team, you will gain exposure to every aspect of our business, helping shape strategy, drive execution, and operate as a true multiplier for Yuno's leadership team.

Your challenge at Yuno

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to oversee the performance of key business areas
  • Analyze departmental KPIs, roadmaps, and deliverables to identify performance gaps and strategic opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that tackle complex company-wide challenges (e.g., churn reduction, customer satisfaction, funding rounds)
  • Shadow the CEO in business reviews, 1:1s with department heads, and key meetings to support alignment and execution
  • Contribute to the development and scaling of core organizational processes such as goal setting, performance tracking, and strategic planning
  • Unblock teams, accelerate delivery, and bring clarity and alignment to leadership priorities

Skills you need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to manage high-impact, cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and operating in high-velocity environments
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in strategy and business consulting
  • Familiarity with startup or scale-up dynamics
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills
