Founder's Desk Associate
to join them on this mission.


About the Role

As a Founder's Desk Associate, you'll work closely with our leadership team, representing them in communications, meetings, and collaborations. You'll handle a mix of strategic coordination, communication management, and external representation — ensuring that 's vision is effectively shared with partners, clients, and stakeholders.

This is not a routine desk job — it's a front-row seat to leadership, strategy, and startup growth.


What You'll Do

  • Represent the founders in meetings, emails, and professional interactions.
  • Draft and manage high-quality written communication (emails, proposals, presentations, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for projects, partnerships, and events.
  • Support strategic initiatives and follow-ups on key action items.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication workflows for the founders.


What We're Looking For

  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    in
    English and Hindi
    (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and clarity in communication.
  • A self-starter with
    high motivation
    , curiosity, and the ability to learn fast.
  • Someone who's
    driven to grow
    , improve, and take ownership of their work.
  • Prior experience in executive assistance, coordination, or communication roles is an advantage.
