  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, with a track record of successful property acquisitions or negotiations.

  • Organized and detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet company objectives in the real estate segment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential property sellers and partners to secure optimal real estate deals.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to align sourcing activities with overall business strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and sourcing efforts.
