HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle – from understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, to final selection and onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with department heads.
- Source potential candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (Non iT).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portal tools.
