Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical IT roles. The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, QA, support engineers, etc.).
  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, job fit, and cultural compatibility.
  • Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Handle onboarding processes, documentation, and joining formalities when required.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and IT industry terminology.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring cloud, DevOps, or software development talent.
  • Prior experience in a tech/startup environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HRMS platforms.

Work Mode
