Job Summary

The Human Resources professional is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR strategy. The role ensures a positive workplace culture, supports organizational goals, and maintains alignment with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and update job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify improvement areas.

3. Performance Management

  • Maintain performance records and feedback systems.

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment metrics).
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance management.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance.

5. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.

6. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS tools.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
