We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to source, attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
An HR executive manages an organization's human resources department by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance and compensation, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Core responsibilities
Talent acquisition and management:
Manage the recruitment and hiring process, conduct onboarding for new employees, and oversee offboarding procedures.
Employee relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, address grievances, and handle conflicts and disciplinary actions fairly.
Compliance:
Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations and that all employees follow HR policies.
Performance management:
Design and implement performance appraisal systems, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.
Compensation and benefits:
Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Training and development:
Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR strategy:
Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and contribute to organizational growth.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.
