Job description

Important Note: Preferred Textile Industry background.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and exit process.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Ensure legal & statutory compliance are followed throughout human resource management.
  • Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
  • Well knowledge of IR, PF, ESIC, MLWF, P-Tax & PMS.

Requirements and skills

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager - Generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of Statutory Compliance as per company standard orders.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Other information:

· Job Type: Full-time.

· Job Location: MIDC, Andheri – E, Landmark: Near Tunga Paradise Hotel.

· Schedule: 6 days working with 9 hours shift from 10:00 AM onwards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420, ₹540,000.00 per year
