Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and company databases.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screens/interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Hiring Process & Compliance:
  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, universities, and other recruiting events.
  • Reporting & Improvement:
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruiting best practices, and new sourcing tools.
