Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive will lead efforts to drive revenue growth by managing key accounts,
developing new business, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have
strong experience in advertsing, branding, and signage solutions, with a proven track record
of building long-term client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the branding and
advertising sector.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business
objectives.
• Consultant Selling: Understand client needs and offer tailored branding solutions
that align with their promotional objectives.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to
position Raj Ad Zones solutions effectively.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and project management
teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to installation.
• Reporting: Track sales ac vi es, prepare sales reports, and present insights to senior
management.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertsing or branding
industry. Familiarity with signage, facade, and retail design solutions is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation , and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
