
Accountant cum HR Executive

Microcosmworks, a growing IT services company, is looking for a fresher or entry-level Accountant cum HR Executive to support our finance and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, organized, and ready to take responsibility in both accounting and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Assist in daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Support preparation of financial reports and basic reconciliations.
- Help maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements (with guidance).
- Coordinate with external accountants/consultants as required.
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll preparation and employee documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and HR-related activities.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 01 year of experience in accounting and/or HR (internship experience acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.
- Familiarity with accounting/HR tools (Tally, Excel, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-learner, proactive, and able to take initiative.
