As a Greeter at the jewellery showroom, your role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining a warm and professional showroom environment. - Greet every customer entering the store with a warm, polite, and professional attitude. - Open the door for customers and assist them as needed. - Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or department. - Maintain a log of walk-in customers and their basic details for internal tracking. - Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable while waiting. - Observe customer activity and report any suspicious behavior to the store security or manager. - Maintain clear communication with sales staff to reduce customer wait time. - Coordinate with floor managers for VIP customer arrivals or appointments. You should have a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills in the local language along with basic English or Hindi, groomed and professional appearance, patience, and remain calm under pressure. A basic understanding of jewellery showroom operations is preferred, although training will be provided. Qualifications required for the role include a minimum of 12th pass; a diploma or degree in hospitality or retail is preferred. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage. The work environment will mainly be in the showroom/front desk area, with standing roles and extended hours during weekends and festive seasons. You will be required to adhere to uniform and grooming standards as per company policy. In addition to the job role, you will be provided with health insurance and leave encashment benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person attendance.,
