Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Thrissur, South India. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing relationships with jewellers in the region. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, presenting InstaLaxmi's platform features, addressing client inquiries, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and stay updated on market trends to formulate effective strategies. Qualifications - Experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Knowledge of the jewellery industry and an understanding of B2B market dynamics - Analytical thinking and market research skills to recognize trends and opportunities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals - Prior experience with digital platforms or financial products is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Willingness to travel within South India as required
