Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, negotiating deals, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. The role also involves partnering with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch services to clients. Qualifications - Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation - Strong Negotiation, Persuasion and Client Relationship Management skills - Ability to develop Growth Strategies and Market Analysis - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the virtual office space or real estate industry is a plus Perks : Salary : INR 1.5 to 3 LPA + Incentives Opportunity to Grow with a Startup and be One of the Core Team Members going forward.
