Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams to achieve the company's business objectives. The role includes market analysis, strategic planning, and representing PaySprint at industry events and conferences. Qualifications - Business Development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills - Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Identifying New Business Opportunities skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business objectives - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience in the FinTech or RegTech industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
