Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including assisting customers, demonstrating product features, closing sales, and managing customer relations. The candidate will also be expected to maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, stock inventory, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers with a warm and professional approach. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces. Explain product features, materials, and care instructions clearly and confidently. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. Ensure proper display, handling, and security of jewellery items. Maintain accurate billing, stock, and customer records. Handle customer queries, exchanges, and repairs courteously. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and brand collections. Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and appealing showroom environment. Requirements: Minimum 35 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of grooming, presentation, and professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management. Education: Graduate in any discipline; a background in retail or jewellery courses will be an advantage.
