Job Description Company Description KAS Jewellery aims to fulfill the dreams of rural communities in Tamil Nadu by enabling them to purchase gold and silver jewelry through small savings. With five showrooms in Thirupuvanam (2 branches), Manamadurai, Parthibanur, and Sivagangai, KAS Jewellery caters to the unique needs of local customers. The company provides excellent service from 9 AM to 9 PM, offering a variety of gold and silver jewelry designs. Additionally, KAS Jewellery operates wholesale distribution in major cities like Madurai, Coimbatore, and Chennai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Manamadurai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and conducting market research. They will collaborate with sales teams to drive customer engagement and enhance brand awareness. Qualifications - Experience in developing marketing strategies and conducting market research - Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns - Skills in content creation and copywriting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
