Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Newtown
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze resumes, extracting relevant keywords based on organizational requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates from job boards and other platforms.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assess candidates' suitability and complete required documentation.
- Keep applicants informed about their application status throughout the hiring process.
- Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Conduct initial communication with potential candidates and provide guidance on IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, while sharing insights into effective internal hiring practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
