Job Role: Technical advisor
Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as technical advisor. As a technical advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls, chats and handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Very good technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English
- Minimum qualification needs to be graduate.
- Minimum 1 year experience of customer support with proper documents, i.e. appointment letter and experience letter where date of joining and last working day, both are mentioned clearly with proper PF deduction. Pay slips will not bre considered as an alternative of experience letter.

5 Working days
Transporation:
One sided pickup or drop for odd hour shifts
Salary :
CTC 32K
