Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international chat processes for various clients.
  • Provide customer support through email, chat, and non-voice communication channels.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (customer service).
  • Strong English language proficiency (written & spoken) for effective communication with international clients.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  • Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems and other relevant tools.
