Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients based in the United States.
  • Communicate effectively in English to present and explain our services.
  • Understand client requirements and identify potential service needs.
  • Transfer qualified leads to senior team members for further assistance.
  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Working Days:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Week off (Saturday & Sunday)

Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

  • Option 1: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
  • Option 2: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary for Freshers: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
  • Attractive incentive structure based on performance
  • Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates
