About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, willingness to work in a night shift, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance on every call.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Update call records and maintain customer data accurately.
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
