Job Title : International Voice Process Associate

Experience Required: Fresher to 1 year

Location: Newtown

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, willingness to work in a night shift, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance on every call.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Update call records and maintain customer data accurately.
  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in a night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
