Hiring Freshers for International voice process job role in a top leading MNC ,at Kolkata WORK FROM HOME, Salary 2.50 lpa

Location:  Kolkata (Work from Home )

Salary:  Up to 2.50 LPA

Shift:  Rotational

Eligibility Note:

Only Non Tech Freshers can apply 

Only  Kolkata-based candidates  can apply

6weeks training will happen at Work from Office, after training candidate can work permanently work from home. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with international customers via outbound calls
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries with professionalism
  • Promote products, services, and special offers to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting process targets

Requirements

Any Undergraduate/Graduate/ post graduate with relevant experience

Excellent command over English (Read/Write/Speak)

Strong communication, persuasion & problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts
