About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive (female preferred) with a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in achieving targets and the ability to engage clients confidently over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential leads and follow up on warm inquiries
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services or products
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports to the sales manager
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in sales or telesales (preferred in edtech, health, or service sector)
Strong verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred)
Confident, energetic, and result-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle rejection
Familiarity with basic CRM or lead tracking tools
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset
Tech & Tools Familiarity (Bonus):
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet)
CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
WhatsApp Business and basic email marketing tWhat We Offer:
