Job Overview:

We are looking for a focused and driven Telesales Executive to engage potential clients, re-activate dormant leads, and support the growth of our business through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong sales mindset, capable of converting leads into active clients and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

What you will do:
  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls and messaging platforms to convert leads and re-engage inactive clients.
  • Deliver personalized support and tailored solutions to enhance the client experience.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and funding process, while monitoring their trading activity and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on key action items to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Share client feedback and market insights with the team to help refine our offerings and align with evolving needs.
What makes you a good fit:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or outbound calling roles.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage and track leads
  • Proficiency in using phone call systems and chat tools to support conversions
  • Proven ability to convert leads into funded clients or paying customers 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English
