Telesales Executive / CRM Executive
Location: Koramangala,Bangalore
Work Type: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years
Your Mission
As a Telesales Executive, youll be the voice of White Gold connecting with customers, building trust over the phone, and guiding them toward our branches for secure and transparent gold transactions.
You'll blend communication flair, empathy, and persistence to turn every lead into a loyal customer.
What You'll Do
Customer Engagement & Conversion
- Handle inbound customer queries with confidence and clarity.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads, follow up diligently, and encourage branch visits.
- Manage objections with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Sales & Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Drive leads to conversion and help achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support customers throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Data & Reporting
- Update and maintain the company's CRM system accurately.
- Track and report daily call performance, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel to organize leads and performance data.
Professional Conduct
- Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
- Attend all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
Who You Are
- A graduate or diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, BBA, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer relations (experience in gold or jewellery industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a passion for customer service.
- Basic computer literacy — comfortable with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
