We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to engage with potential customers over the phone, promote company products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with interested customers and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
