We are expanding our team and looking for motivated professionals to help us grow our client base and build long-term business relationships.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Intelliknow, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and generating leads for our staffing, digital marketing, and IT services. This is a remote position suitable for proactive, result-oriented individuals with excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential B2B clients in the US and Indian markets through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings with decision-makers for service discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation / Sales (experience in staffing or IT services preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to prospect, pitch, and build relationships with international clients (especially in the US).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in US shift hours.
- Laptop/PC with stable internet connection is required.
