Role & responsibilities

  • Build and grow revenue opportunities in Display & Performance advertising; negotiate and close deals with brands and media agencies
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with direct clients and media agencies
  • Drive new revenue streams within existing client accounts through cross-selling and upselling
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships from need identification to solution design, execution, and retention
  • Forecast, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with data-driven insights
  • Create impactful presentations and proposals to communicate Intellect Ads value proposition effectively

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record in selling performance and branding solutions to top clients.

  • Strong understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPV (Cost Per View), and CPS (Cost Per Sale) models.

  • Prior experience with an ad agency, ad network, or digital media platform preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and CRM tools.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Ad Sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
