1.To maintain safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures, complying with legal regulations, monitoring environment.

2.To train the workmen for their specific job.

3.To prepare and revise functional SOPs, where ever required.

4.To perform Calibration of applicable instruments.

5.Resonsible for CCF, Deviation and CAPA (If Applicable).

6.To Prepare Qualification Document of Manufacturing equipment.

Job Role : Liquid Packing Supervision

1.To maintain safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures, complying with legal regulations, monitoring environment.

2.To train the workmen for their specific job.

3.To Adhere Production SOP while performing Production activity.

4.To complete production documents by completing forms, reports, logs and records of equipment and batches.

5.To perform Calibration of applicable instruments.

6.To co-ordinate with Engineering department for preventive and break down maintenance, modifications etc.

7.To carry out any other assignments or projects like qualifications and validation as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet the organizational priorities.

8.Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviours and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations.

9.To maintain plant assets in good condition and making optimum use of all resources.

10.To identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviours and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations.

11.Maintain equipment operation through responsive troubleshooting, repairs and following operations guidelines.

12.To follow Production planning in the way that produce maximum yield/output

13.To implement and make efforts for continuous improvements of yield of assigned products.
