Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations and lead multiple departments within the branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, cost control, and adherence to company policies and standards. This role requires strong administrative capabilities and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and efficient branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Optimize branch profitability by effectively controlling operational costs.
  • Maintain a consistent management style in line with company best practices.
  • Provide clear leadership, guidance, and direction to all employees across departments.
  • Support the Store/Branch Manager or executives in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Ensure high levels of product quality, availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee administrative functions and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
  • Organize and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and security standards throughout the branch.
  • Motivate team members and maintain a high-performance, mission-driven culture.
  • Ensure cleanliness, stocking, and maintenance of store standards at all times.
  • Oversee all departments including sales, operations, inventory, and administration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in branch/store/retail operations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of administrative and operational procedures.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-departmental functions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and store management software.
