Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Relationship Manager located in Jammu. The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with merchants, providing support and addressing their queries, and ensuring they are utilizing Pay1 services effectively. Day-to-day tasks include regular visits to merchant locations, providing training and assistance in using Pay1's offerings, and collecting feedback to improve service delivery. The role also involves reporting on merchant activity and needs to enhance overall satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic understanding of retail operations and fintech services
  • Ability to work independently and travel to various merchant locations in Jammu.
  • Previous experience in a relationship management or similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages and dialects is advantageous
