Marketing Manager

Sparsa AI is a Singapore and Germany based Industrial-AI Startup, building the next generation of agentic AI platform to transform how physical industriessuch as manufacturing and logisticsmake decisions and optimize their operations. Our AI agents orchestrate complex workflows across business functions and enterprise applications including ERP, MES, CRM and supply chain environments to resolve real-world constraints and unlock productivity.

We are looking for a high-velocity, creative, and strategically strong Marketing Manager who can define and communicate our differentiated positioning in the emerging world of Agentic AI and enterprise transformation.

You will own brand, messaging, content engine, campaigns, website, and social presence, and will be expected to use AI tools to accelerate output not replace thinking, but amplify it. This is a hands-on, execution-first role in a fast-moving startup.

Role & responsibilities

Brand & Messaging

• Own the Sparsa brand architecture, tone, and strategic positioning.
• Craft messaging tailored to industries, buyer personas, and maturity levels.
• Ensure brand consistency across website, collateral, campaigns, and events.

Content & Campaign Execution

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, etc.) to create marketing output at high velocity.
• Produce compelling multi-format content:
• web pages, articles, pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, product explainers, demo scripts, webinars, and social assets.
• Design and execute demand generation campaigns (organic + paid + partner-led).

Web & Digital Experience

• Own the company website: narrative flow, landing page design direction, conversion optimization.
• Maintain and grow our social presence (LinkedIn primary; others as needed).

Commercial & Market Insight

• Work closely with founders and sales to understand customer needs and industry patterns.
• Convert product capabilities into simple, credible business-value messaging.
• Support sales enablement with collateral and messaging frameworks.

Funnel & Analytics

• Define key marketing metrics across awareness engagement pipeline.
• Experiment, measure, learn, refine continuously.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B or SaaS/tech environments.
• Exceptional written and visual communication in English.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate marketing execution.
• Portfolio of campaigns/content you personally produced, not just managed.
• Evidence of operating autonomously and executing quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with self-management, ambiguity, and rapid iteration.

Strong Pluses (Not Mandatory, But Highly Advantageous)

• Previously worked in or with an AI product company (e.g., generative AI, enterprise automation, analytics, digital transformation tools).
• Ability to simplify technical product narratives into compelling business language.
• Experience in B2B enterprise sales motion, especially with industrial or operational domains (manufacturing, supply chain, energy, logistics).
