Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Executive who can handle end-to-end digital marketing activities including website development (WordPress), SEO, social media management, paid ad campaigns, and content strategy. The ideal candidate should have both technical expertise and creative skills to drive brand growth and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress.

Optimize websites for speed, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

Regularly update content, plugins, and security feature.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research and develop SEO strategies.

On-page and off-page optimization for higher rankings.

Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Social Media Management
Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Create engaging posts, reels, graphics, and campaigns.

Monitor engagement and grow online community.

Paid Advertising (PPC/Meta/Google Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Manage budgets to maximize ROI.

A/B testing, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Content & Strategy
Collaborate with designers and content writers to create blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials.

Ensure alignment of all digital campaigns with business goals.

Analyze trends and provide insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress website development (themes, plugins, customization).
  • Expertise in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management.
  • Understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and funnel building.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is a plus.
