About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of paid media strategy, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

Monitor daily campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting segments.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand messaging.

Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.

Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs.

Assist in budget planning and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.

Requirements:

3–4 years of proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).

Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion tracking.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with third-party ad platforms (e.g., SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite) is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different verticals simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
