We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, setting clear objectives, and selecting appropriate digital channels to achieve goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines. Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data analysis, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns. This includes writing copy for ads, emails, and social media posts, as well as creating visual assets such as images and videos.
  • Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts and develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to maximize reach and impact.
  • Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, including creating email lists, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics. Develop segmentation strategies to personalize content and improve email open and click-through rates.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts. Generate reports to provide insights into campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
