Post – Lead Generation & Data Enrichment Specialist - Zoho CRM (AI Automation) - Work from Office

Location – Koregaon Park - Pune

Job Shift – Night Shift (7 PM to 5 AM) – 5 Days working

Experience: 2–5 years in CRM automation / lead generation roles

About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven professional to own and automate our lead generation and data enrichment processes using AI tools and APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo, and third-party enrichment tools, with the ability to design automated workflows that improve efficiency and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate lead capture, enrichment, and qualification workflows within Zoho CRM.
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, , Apollo, Clearbit, etc.) for lead enrichment.
  • Research and validate leads using ZoomInfo and other prospecting platforms.
  • Enhance CRM records with verified contact details, decision-maker insights, and engagement scores.
  • Build and maintain lead scoring models that combine AI insights with business rules.
  • Develop custom workflows using Zoho Flow/Deluge scripting to streamline sales operations.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics / Google Data Studio for lead funnel visibility.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach scripts and improve lead quality over time.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Zoho CRM customization and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, Webhooks, JSON).
  • Experience with lead generation platforms such as ZoomInfo, , Apollo.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data enrichment and automation.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation tools (Zoho Flow, Zapier, Integromat/Make).
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Zoho Deluge) for data parsing and automation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation for Services industry.
  • Knowledge of hybrid lead scoring models combining AI and business rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace integrations and dashboarding tools.
