Key Responsibilities

  • Market research: Identifying target industries, companies, and decision-makers
  • Prospecting & outreach: Using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, and other digital channels
  • CRM tools: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
  • Strong communication skills: Clear, persuasive written & verbal communication
  • Data management & Excel: Maintaining and analyzing lead lists and outreach data
  • Follow-up strategy: Timely and strategic follow-ups to move leads through the funnel
  • Pitching & product knowledge: Ability to understand and convey product value convincingly
  • Time management & target orientation: Meeting daily/weekly lead generation and conversion goals
  • Basic analytics: Understanding open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics
