Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Sales, located in Varanasi. The Team Lead Sales will be responsible for daily management of the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, conducting sales meetings, and actively engaging with potential clients. The role will also require analyzing sales data to identify trends, provide sales reports, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Sales expertise to drive revenue growth
  • Prior experience in a sales leadership role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
