Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore potential business avenues to achieve increased growth in the HORECA / Institutional segment.
  • Deliver sales objectives related to volume, value, market share, and acquisition of new food service accounts across the HORECA channel.
  • Interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders including Unit Head Chefs, Contract Catering Managers, Buyers, Admin Managers, Procurement Heads, Purchase Managers, F&B Managers, Chefs, and General Managers.
  • Understand and map HORECA business requirements to offer the best products and services while ensuring profitability growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently meeting delivery and service quality standards.
  • Expand the companys product presence in the HORECA segment by defining and executing monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share, and activation in the region.
  • Drive business through B2B sales and develop various HORECA channels.
  • Handle the appointment and management of stockists/distributors and lead a sales team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Review and report sales data, including parameters such as sales efficiency and sales achievement.

Experience: 3 to 7 Years in HORECA Sales

Education: Any Graduate (MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business or Hospitality preferred)
