Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Labour Contract Manager to oversee and manage labour contractors at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with multiple labour agencies, ensuring manpower availability, verifying labour bills, maintaining compliance with labour laws, and resolving on-site issues related to labour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with labour contractors and vendors
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labour as per project needs
  • Verify labour bills and track attendance records
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and safety standards
  • Handle grievances and disputes related to labour
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in labour contract management (preferably in construction)
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good Knowledge of Finishing & Civil Construction
  • Ability to manage field teams and resolve site issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹470, ₹1,042,986.44 per year
