The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Attending and making calls to potential clients/leads.
  • Creating and maintaining leads database accurately.
  • Conversion of leads into site-visits. Setting up appointments for site-visits.
  • Co-ordination of site visits with other executives.
  • Presenting project to clients. Ensure high-level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Answer questions about the project via calls, messages, whatsapp, emails.
  • Client follow-up & feedback.
  • Sending out promotions/benefits to potential clients.
  • Brand promotion.
  • Networking with channel partners.

  • Experience in Real-Estate Sales with positive attitude and team-playing ability.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets - over the phone, site visits and lead conversions.
  • Results-driven with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good English, Hindi/Marathi speaking as well as English writing skills.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
