Company Description

Gramiyaa began with a moment of quiet disbelief. While sourcing oils for his restaurant business, our founder, Sibi Manivannan, walked into an oil refinery expecting business as usual. What he saw instead was a reality too easy to ignore. Cooking oils stripped of their soul. Chemically processed and artificially flavoured to make it look and taste like the real thing.

It didn't sit right.

It took him back to a time when oils were made with care, not chemicals. To his grandfather's backyard, where bullock-drawn mills crushed real seeds and nuts with patience. No chemicals. No preservatives. Just real oil, cold pressed slowly and full of flavour.

That memory didn't just stir nostalgia—it sparked a mission.

To bring back authentic cooking oils that make you feel good about your food.

That's how Gramiyaa was born. A brand rooted in tradition, but driven by a pioneering spirit.  

What You'll Do:


Drive sales growth by tapping into SAMT/GT stores, Society Stores, and top Dry Fruits & Vegetables stores.

Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to expand our presence in the Mumbai & Pune markets.

Execute new store launches, ensure effective product placement, and support promotional activities.

Manage primary & secondary sales, ensuring consistent growth.

Coordinate and oversee in-store demos & sampling activities with promoters.

Lead with excellent communication and team management skills.


What we are looking for:


2-3 years of FMCG experience in sales/business development.

Good market knowledge of Chennai retailers. Additional benefit of Coimbatore also.

Ability to work independently, build partnerships, and deliver results.

Passion for healthy living and natural products is a plus
