Field Sales Executive

1. Sales & Business Development
- Conduct door-to-door, corporate and retail field visits to promote broadband/internet services.
- Identify and pursue new customer segments in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (customer acquisitions, revenue numbers, etc.).
- Present service plans, offers, and technical features clearly to customers.
- Maintain strong follow-ups for installation and onboarding.
2. Lead Generation & Territory Management
- Generate new leads through field networking, cold calling, and local marketing activities.
- Map territory, maintain daily visit reports, and track competition activities.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database (CRM, Excel, or internal tools).
3. Customer Interaction & Support
- Conduct meetings with residential and small-business customers.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and best-fit solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with installation & service delivery teams.
- Handle basic customer queries with professionalism.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with sales managers, field operations, and technical teams.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity logs.
- Participate in weekly sales reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
